Leave of absence cannot be waived as it is governed by the national collective bargaining agreement, CCNL, see 9.3.

Marriage leave

This is the paid leave granted in case of marriage. It usually has a maximum duration of 15 days.

Festivity

The festivity paid in the payroll are all those such as Sundays and national festivity, including midweek, which are provided for by Italian law. The Italian legal system does not have a general and all-inclusive notion of remuneration, which is why it is given the possibility of collective agreements and the Agreement between the parties to change the basis for calculating the remuneration of the festivity. For any clarification, therefore, it is necessary to refer to the reference CCNL (9.3).

The festivity during which employees do not have to go to the office, while still receiving their normal remuneration, are:
