[43A  Search of vehicles]

[(1)     Subsection (2) applies if a constable reasonably suspects that a vehicle is being used for the purposes of terrorism.

(2)     The constable may stop and search—

(a)     the vehicle;

(b)     the driver of the vehicle;

(c)     a passenger in the vehicle;
