412 Ìý±õ²Ô³Ù±ð°ù±è°ù±ð³Ù²¹³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô

In this Chapter, unless the context otherwise requires—

“appropriate person†means—

(a)     the procurator fiscal, in relation to a confiscation investigation or a money laundering investigation,

(b)     the Scottish Ministers, in relation to a civil recovery investigation[, a detained cash investigation, a detained property investigation][, a frozen funds investigation or a cryptoasset
