[339ZI Ìý³§³Ù²¹³Ù±ð³¾±ð²Ô³Ù²õ±Õ

[(1)     A statement made by a person in response to [an] information order may not be used in evidence against the person in criminal proceedings.

(2)     Subsection (1) does not apply—

(a)     in the case of proceedings under this Part,
