[195N  Discharge, variation and lapse of detention order]

[(1)     An order under section 195N [195M] may be discharged or varied.

(2)     An application for variation or discharge of the order may be made by—

(a)     a person mentioned in section 195M(3), or

(b)     any person affected by the order.
