195 Ìý³§³Ü±è±è±ô±ð³¾±ð²Ô³Ù²¹°ù²â

(1)     The person applying for a restraint order must be treated for the purposes of section 66 of the Land Registration Act (Northern Ireland) 1970 (c 18 (NI)) (cautions) as a person interested in relation to any registered land to which—

(a)     the application relates, or

(b)     a restraint order made in pursuance of the application
