19  Short title and extent

(1)     This Act may be cited as the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971.

(2)     This Act extends to Great Britain only, except that—

(a)     it extends to Northern Ireland in relation to pensions payable under Schedule 8 to the Government of Ireland Act 1920
