(1)聽聽聽聽 Section 21 of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 (offence of knowingly employing illegal worker) is amended in accordance with subsections (2) to (4).
(2)聽聽聽聽 In subsection (1) for the words from 鈥渁n adult鈥� to the end of the subsection substitute 鈥渄isqualified from employment by reason of the employee's immigration status.鈥�
(3)聽聽聽聽 After subsection (1) insert鈥�
鈥�(1A)聽聽聽聽 A person commits an offence if the person鈥�
(a)聽聽聽聽 employs another person (鈥渢he employee鈥�) who is disqualified from employment by reason of the employee's immigration status, and
(b)聽聽聽聽 has reasonable cause to believe that the employee is disqualified from
