[(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý Subsection (2) applies where a company—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý enters required particulars in its PSC register,

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý alters required particulars in its PSC register, or

(c)ÌýÌýÌýÌý notes in its PSC
