[790G  Duty to supply information] [790G Duty to notify company on becoming PSC]

[(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý This section applies to a person if—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý the person is a registrable person or a registrable relevant legal entity in relation to a company,

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý the person knows that to be the case or ought reasonably to do so,

(c)ÌýÌýÌýÌý the required particulars of the person are not stated in the company's PSC register,

(d)ÌýÌýÌýÌý the person has not received
